How long have you been taking photos?
I’ve been a professional photographer for over a decade now shooting MTB right through to onstage at Download Festival.
How did you start taking MTB photos?
I started out by heading over to PORC which was the local bike park near me. It was there I met riders such as Ben Deakin, Fergus Ryan, Jack Chapman, Harry Molloy, and Josh Lowe so we’d take photos and hang out. Then I started heading to races in Wales and also filming promotional videos for riders. After a stint of living abroad and city living, I’m back on it.
What ability of rider do you photograph?
From complete beginner to pro.
What can I expect from shooting with you?
It’s your day so we can capture those drops, jumps, corners whatever it might be that gets you buzzing to be on a bike.
Do you shoot solo riders or groups?
Either!
And the cost/availability/location/length of the shoot?
Below are some various options for booking our day together. I shoot on the weekends and I keep it local to Forest of Dean. A small percentage of your booking fee (£5) will go to Dean Trail Volunteers who build and maintain the trails at Cannop. I’m on the DTV committee and they do an incredible job keeping the trails running year-round for the thousands that visit.
Once payment is made we’ll arrange a date that works for you.
