This can be through making those small UX / UI to SEO improvements, to creating an understanding of why you need attribution. I create a detailed roadmap for my clients so they can see exactly how we are going to execute a project over a set time frame.
From experience working with brands across numerous b2c and b2b projects, you start to see the cracks appear from where a brand might have the latest MarTech platform but their website isn’t fit for purpose or their CRM isn’t fully functional, and the issues these create. It’s about making it work flawlessly across every touch-point and channel, getting all those brand attributes on point along with the tech and creativity.
After being responsible for leading several different teams and making the delivery happen in both agencies and client-side, I decided to branch out and seek the work I’m passionate about that combines a good mix of creativity, technical and strategic marketing – but more than that, I help brand management understand the content/creative they put out has a big impact on the data they’re seeing.
My journey working within marketing/client services has taken me to work at agencies such as Massive Music in Amsterdam, Publicis Groupe in London, and Thunderhead who are a key partner with SalesForce.
